The Climate Arts Project (CAP) is a performance collaborative of students from the South Whidbey High School (SWHS) Drama Club and Green Team.
Through spoken word, songs, and sketches, the students will share their concerns about climate change. The performance will begin at 6:30 pm. Due to space limitations, it will be difficult to accommodate late arrivals for seating.
The evening is a fundraiser for the SWHS Drama Club. Admission is free, light snacks will be provided, with wine and beer available for purchase. All donations received will go to the SWHS Drama Club.
CAP was organized as part of the special exhibition The Youth Perspective on Social Justice on view at the Cash Store April 8 through May 29. CAP would like to thank Deana Duncan, Julie Glover, and Ann Linnea for their valuable expertise and advice in making this collaboration and performance possible.
Event sponsored by Goosefoot.
